You only have eight weeks of college left, so you should have started your revision by now. Remember that you have three units:
MED1
This is the 'unseen' exam. You will be shown a video clip three times and will then have to write an essay analysing it. You have to show off your knowledge of the Key Conceptst and also relate what you are given to other media texts that you have seen and issues in society.
MED2
In this exam there will be four sections each with two questions. We have not studied British Newspapers or Documentary so you should not try to write essays on these topics! You need to write one essay on Advertising and Marketing and the other essay on Film and Broadcast Fiction. Specific adverts/films/TV programmes wil not be mentioned in the questions. You must know at least one advertising campaign (series of adverts) in detail. You also need to know at least two films and two TV programmes.
MED3
This was your coursework unit. Your work should have been submitted by now, so you don't need to worry about it!
